"I came to this shop on a Wednesday evening after making several calls all morning trying to find a place that would fix my dress because I had a wedding on Saturday to attend. I had no type of luck finding a place until I made a call to this shop, left a voicemail, and the owner called me back. Now, she’s a very busy lady being that it’s prom and wedding season, but she told me to bring the dress in and she would see what she could do. She was literally my last hope because at this point I wasn’t going to attend my friend’s wedding at all. I left work early, took the dress in, and luckily by the grace of God she was able to help me. She told me it would be ready either Friday or Saturday afternoon. I was so happy she called me on Friday and it was ready because Saturday I definitely would not have been able to pick up the dress, I was so busy. The owner and the other lady who works in the shop were very nice. I shouldn’t have waited last minute but I’m so thankful she was able to help me and I must say I looked beautiful for my friend’s wedding that Saturday. I would definitely come back to this shop again for dress alterations. Thank you again"

"My husband and son were in a wedding this past weekend. When we went in to the shop on Thursday, the owner suggested that we just “roll up my sons sleeves” because people couldn’t see the arms under the jacket. When i insisted she do something, i was shocked at how rude the owner treated me. This is a formal wedding that we paid money for alterations. My sons shoe also broke prior to the ceremony. I have included pictures so you can see for yourself. When I went to return the tuxes today, I asked to be comped for my sons tux. The owner wasn’t there, the person working tried to call her 4 times to no avail. I finally left and called 3 hours later, with no response, the owner said: there wasn’t anything she could do, she would call me back, that also never happened. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. As a tailor, it is your job to ensure that everything fits perfectly. Beware of this place."
