"[ ] This place here is terrible, we sent my daughter here and they don't teach your child anything. Your child will play all day, when I asked for support materials for what they are teaching the owner sent me an outline of what the school is said to be doing. I clearly asked for actual learning materials, she seemed upset that I would ask for this. She said "no other parents ask for this" but what does that have to do with me. I care about my child, obviously they don't. She was safe there, but just wasn't taught...she came there with a foundation but I refuse to let her become stagnant. And the owner clearly can care less, her employees need more training. My daughter who is two had an accident and twice she was sent home missing under clothing items (under shirt, pants under her overgarment on a 40 degree day) though they had replacements. If you just want a safe place to drop ya kid, send ta child here. But if you care about education...stay away."

"Ms. Esteem's center is exceptional, and an asset to the community! With both my wife and I working odd hours, their flexibility in drop-off and pickup was a lifesaver. Ms. Esteem runs a tight ship and everyone working there is certified and trained in first aid and CPR. As a public safety professional I appreciated their preparedness measures. Fire extinguishers, first aid kits, exit lights, backup lights, alarm and security system, and sprinklers all accounted for. They also use the Brightwheel app and you can see timestamps for everything, snacks, naps, even diaper change and potty visits and whether it was a number 1 or 2. Our son benefited socially and even at two years old was making huge strides with his communication, ABCs, counting and so on. If kids get sick they inform us so we can head off any possible bugs. We are moving out of Philly so today was our last day, and we can only hope his new daycare is half as good as this one! Highly recommended."
