"Amazing amazing amazing daycare! Kidz Konnectionz is a wonderful and dependable daycare! The staff is amazing and i highly recommended. This place is clean, well maintained and their educational curriculum is amazing. Another thing I appreciate about kidz Konnectionz is that i am always in contact with the staff and owner. I never have to wait for them to answer my questions. Very professional and very caring to my kids."

"Well I been here so long and expecting understanding was my fault when they can pick up and drop off whenever they see fit for them no problem til a single mother like myself is late or having serious issues then my son and I was a problem no longer fit in there program. I mean no one’s perfect I guess I got too comfortable with allowing there faults then discouraged when mines were judge and this does not take away from there care to my knowledge my son grew definitely and am thankful for that aspect still a good daycare just definitely needs help with organizational issues ASAP."

"I had my children there from when it first opened. It was so amazing for the first 2 years but after that the owner started telling me how I should raise my child after a mistake that was her staff fault and I let it slide by not being responsive. My child started telling me that there was a lot of yelling at him and other students for disciplinary reasons. Another incident occurred where my child told me one of the staff was smoking in the car while dropping him off home. Then another incident occurred where it was no one’s fault and the owner started yelling at me and refusing to pick up my children which she is being paid for. She basically charged me because my child got car sick in her car but she also lied and said my child peed in the car which was untrue. He only threw up ACCIDENTALLY. Mind you she gets paid full time (40 hrs a week) tuition for one of my kids and they only attended there 3 hours a day (15 hrs a week). I remained calm while she yelled and then hung up on me while I was being civil with her so I reported her. I was under the impression that she uses her business vehicle for children drop off but she admitted that she uses her personal vehicle to drop off children which does not make sense for running a LLC. She yelled at me over $50 and I would have paid it if she wasn’t yelling at me but because she was talking to me in a aggressive tone she won’t get anything from me. I do not tolerate being yelled at. I also do not argue with people. Plus my child told me that she called him hard headed and that is verbal abuse. Her behavior is very unprofessional towards me (the customer who never missed a payment) and because of different incidents that occurred, I had to report her. I DO NOT recommend this daycare to anyone. I have text messages to prove a couple of incidents that occurred for those who look over reviews"

"This is the best daycare I’ve had my girls attend. The staff is knowledgeable and very hands on. The director is phenomenal and the learning experience has positively impacted my daughters. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place for my kids to be. Highly recommended!"
