"My daughter just recently started at Angels keepers. They have been so kind and welcoming since I first reached out to them about the process of enrolling my daughter. Her first day at this daycare was her first time being separated from us and when I arrived to pick her up she hesitated to go because of how much fun she was having with her new friends. They also use an app that you can track how your child is doing throughout the day for us moms the struggle with anxiety being away from our little one. I recommend this daycare to moms who want to ensure their child or children are being well taken care of. I thought enrolling my child in daycare would be really stressful and upsetting but Angels Keepers has ensured that I’m more than comfortable."
"My son has been coming here for almost a year now and he absolutely loves it! The staff is very caring and patient with their students. I know that my son is always safe and cared for. Their facility is always very clean as well. Highly recommend Angels Keepers to anyone looking for care for their children! :)"
"Angels Keepers Learning center is unprofessional & not reliable. When enrolling my child here, I didn’t receive a policy about the school. Just the application and health requirements. Being that it was my child’s first time and week at your day care. I understand that my child’s behavior climbing on furniture, hitting and being aggressive towards other children in the classroom is unacceptable. However, there is a major issue with the director and staff excluding my child out. People who work with children know that kids do not do well with transitioning to a new environment. It was my child’s first time there where they did not know anybody. This learning center and their staff did not even try to build a relationship with my child within the first week of my child’s enrollment. The day care clearly did not want my child to attend there due to their disruptive behavior. I informed the director before my child started that they have an IEP. My child doesn’t know how to express themselves verbally, in the reasons of them acting out in the classroom. I also stated to the day care that my child’s therapist and teacher from the CLIU will be coming in to observe and assist them in the classroom within the next week or 2. I am aware that my child knows what they were doing, although, there could have been a better approach to assist the behavior. My child’s behavior is not excused. But as a person who I work personally with children know we should have had a meeting or come up with solutions to help better assist my child in the classroom. In fact, I should have met with the teacher personally to see what I can do help. I never met or interacted with the teacher. I don’t even know the teacher’s name. Which is a problem. Also, my child got kicked out within the first 3 days in day care, not a full week. The Angel’s Keeper Learning Center director and staff did not take the proper approach on how to deal with children who have a difficult time transitioning to a new environment. Working in this field with children, we are trained to work with different time of children whether its behavioral or emotional issues. It’s takes about a month or month in a half to incorporate or implement strategies to see changes with a child experiencing behavior problems. The behavior is normal to act like that when she’s in a new environment. All children will act out especially when they do not know how to transition. Just by the first week and few days of my child attending the daycare, they demonstrated what type of environment it is. It’s unfortunate that my child could not continue their education at this day care due to their disruptive behavior and not trying to at least implement strategies or wait until the therapist to assist the child. Not to mention, the incident report layout in which the teacher wrote was probably found and printed out from google, which showed ways that the parent (myself) could have tried to help. It was blank. It was blank because the teacher whom I never met did not talk to me to see how I could also help. Which shows that this Angels Keeper daycare didn’t want my child in the first day. I informed the director that they could have called the previous daycare where my child was attended to see that it takes for them to get use to the new place. My child did have a hard time in the beginning, similar at Angel’s Keeper Learning center like now, but after a month my child did tremendously well. I didn't mind providing the information so their able to contact them directly. Angel’s Keepers Learning center reacted very poorly on dealing with children in a new environment."
"My kids been going here for about 9 months. The staff are great. The one thing I noticed about this daycare is that you don’t hear kids crying unless they are having a bad day. The staff take the time to learn each child personality. They are always cleaning the facility. We have been covid free so far. Great daycare to put your children in. My kids love coming to this place."
"I truly love this lady like my mom, she took care of me since i was 7 years old & she’s very nice and very caring. I always loved to go to her daycare. Thank you for those amazing days"
