"Getting married in about a week. I walk into the store, and have to walk around to find somebody who is on there phone for assistance. Once I approach the gentleman he said “what do you need” and I explained the situation and he said “and you’re here now?” in a very rude and condescending tone. I was planning on spending at least a couple hundred dollars here today but now they lost a customer. It costs $0 to be friendly."

"Very terrible customer service. There was a teenage girl there had to be. My family had tuxedos reserved for a wedding and when I came in, she rudely said to me “your dad Winston just yelled at me” she was very rude and condescending and really just not helpful. It’s like she was trying to get a ride out of me and blaming me for that instead of addressing it to my father. I also came in one time and the owner was yelling at his employee in front of everyone. Very unprofessional place. Would not recommend."

"Rented tuxedos from them and they fit perfectly. Also, we had one delivered here for an out of town guest. They were fitted locally and we picked it up here so that was super convenient."

"The experience has been awful every time my husband and I go here. They have LOST multiple items of clothing we have dropped off to be hemmed. Hems are NOT done when they say they will be. Any assistance we receive in store is by someone who is unable to work the register. We have been told we can’t get copies of recipes, we can’t get refunds for uncompleted hems, they can’t find our account…..at best we’re told to “call back when the manager comes in.” We’re still trying to get our refund for a pair of pants they never hemmed…but nobody will pick up the phone! Please don’t go here."

"I dreaded coming to this place for months. I’m not the dress up type of dude. Flannels, ripped up jeans, work boots, and a dirty hat is how you’ll catch me 99% of the time. I was greeted by an incredibly welcoming group of employees. Chris waited on me and let me tell you he was beyond professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was Squared away after losing my wedding information. And I was in and out in 10 minutes! He was even able to deal with my blue collar ways lol. For all future needs I’ll be requesting Chris without a doubt! Homestead men’s warehouse just gained a lifetime customer thanks to him. Highly recommend!"
