"Initially everything seemed fine, but then I got my pants home after final fit, and instead of taking them in they were bigger, like too big for a belt to work BIG. Indochino’s customer service was a joke, offering no help. Finally after a few weeks of them just being horrible I was going to dispute my charge but figured I should call Nordstrom as a last ditch since my charge was via Nordstrom. Ending up needing to buy a different pair of pants (Banana Rep. always fits) so I had something for the wedding that weekend. The Nordstrom customer srvc. directed me to their head tailor, I stopped in, and he fixed them in 30 minutes, 5 stars for Nordstrom for fixing mistakes of their partner and excellent customer service but, this isn’t a Nordstrom review. The jacket fit really well, so did the shirt I had made so that is the reason there is not one star (4 stars for the jacket, 0 stars for customer service and delivering their “perfect fit promise”, 4 stars for shirt, 1 star for the pants). Overall, glad I didn’t order 2 like I wanted. Ended up buying another suit from Banana Rep while trying to fix indochinos mess with absolutely 0 inputs from them. I would never buy from Indochino again. Next time I’ll just save the hours and hours of headaches and buy something proper from Nordstrom."

"The customer service experience is terrible, the initial fitting and selection went well, we realized that we would need to change the shirt color to white so I called and was given a two week run-around waiting for someone to return my call or simply answer the phone. The suit was finally shipped two months later, we received it and realized it would need some minor alterations, we made an appointment and went to get said alterations and Janet M. (Our Indochino representative for the appointment) seemingly had no idea what she was doing. She reluctantly called the alterations department and fortunately Barry came down and was able to make quick work of the needed measurements and was generally a good guy. We left feeling that the suit was in good hands. Well, 30 days roll by and I haven't heard a peep from anyone. So I call Indochino and explained that I had dropped a suit off for alterations a month ago and haven't heard anything, the indochino rep of the day insists she will look into it and call me back....nothing....so I call back the next day and wouldn't you know it, the Indochino representatives don't come in on Tuesdays! After some heated conversation with a Nordstrom rep I was able to get them to confirm that the suit was in fact at the store ready for pick up (25 days ago) so I made the journey to Ross Park Mall to pick everything up....and they only had the suit jacket, no pants. What in the actual f*** kind of bulls*** is this? Janet M. Had apparently not correctly made out the alterations form so they insisted that there were no pants. After about an hour of waiting George with Nordstrom was able to come over and helped the team find the pants. Tried them on real quick and got outta dodge. Long story long, don't EVER spend money at this establishment, there are some good people here but they are drowned out by worthless, non-communicative humans. One star because you can't put zero."

"Their fitting agents are fantastic, that’s why I couldn’t give them one star. Their customer service is the poorest and non existent among any corporation I’ve ever worked with. I had an issue where I bought a full suit then 2 days later, it was deeply discounted. I reached out for help and was told to come in with my receipt. Did just that and was told nothing can be done. BEWARE… One minute a suit could be $700 then the next, $350. You will never know when this will happen and nobody will call you back or answer your plea for help!"
