"I sent my young daughter her and she loved it. She never had any issues and was always cared for. I loved the director and all the staff and was grateful they took well care of my kid."
"Excellent service, my daughters love being there"
"1 day and we were kicked out!! My 4yo son was mad at being there. He wants to be home. He was bad all day saying he didn't want to be there and hit a kid or 2, threw some toys, etc. She called and talked to me in morning. Go to pick him up and they hand me a letter saying they aren't continuing care. No one could speak to me? 1 day??Even went and confronted Traci walking from school and she just said It was a rough day and ignored me. So unprofessional!! My child came from a daycare that neglected him to this!!"
"At least 25 kids in each class- a zoo every time I went by early for pick up. We were impressed by the facilities but the care left something to be desired. Had meeting with director about my childs behavior concerns which went well, resources were offered but Traci never followed up nor did she respond to the email sent after the fact. She seemed more concerned about selling chocolates at the front desk to fund raise for her kids' Christian school. They ultimately told us that the were "not the right fit". I dont advise sending anyone here with mental health or behavioral challenges. I am not one to write reviews but my childs time here was damaging and I wish I could have avoided it. Finally getting help with IU and have had supportive care at another center since."
"I worked here for a short time and the place is very clean. The children are well taken care of with food, diaper changes and reporting any minor injuries that were no more then a bite from another toddler. The owner cares for the children and employees very much and I would prefer my child to be here then any other Daycare I have worked in. My daughter loved Traci and I love the children. The daycare focuses on childrens development even as infants. There is constant engagement between family and employees through apps, daily report sheets, etc."
