"Primo Tailoring is the best place in Erie for luxury attire, custom suits, and alterations. Owned and staffed by young & fashionable professionals, Primo Tailoring offers a unique experience you cannot get elsewhere. Everyone I’ve encountered is delightful, knowledgable, and eager to help. The vibe is very light & friendly; you can walk in not knowing a thing and they’ll explain with ease. I was nervous to invest money in a custom suit for my wedding, but Louis made the process simple and safe. He is warm and trustworthy- I know that my suit and the additional alterations I brought in were in great hands. Louis is talented; he is willing and capable of creating non traditional styles, too, which sets Primo apart from your typical suit & tie shop. Even if you don’t have an event coming up or you aren’t looking for something specific, stop into Primo Tailoring. You won’t regret it!"
"Louis tailored my tuxedo for my daughter’s wedding. It had always been a little too big for me, and hung awkwardly. He did an awesome job with it, at a reasonable price, and in plenty of time for the wedding. Thank you Primo!"
"I recently needed a suit for an out-of-town event and Primo Tailoring really came through. Louis and his team are top-notch. They've got skills in all sorts of alterations, not just for men but for everyone in the family (needed a quick fix for a prom dress my daughter had and they knocked it out of the park on that, too). I was especially impressed by how they took the time to make sure my suit had just the right fit, without going overboard on the tiny details. Plus, the shop's got a great vibe with a mix of new and vintage stuff that's always high quality - along with major attention to detail throughout the store. Oh, and the fact that it's a State Street location is fantastic. Louis really knows his stuff when it comes to suit-making, too! Definitely a spot worth checking out if you need something that fits great and looks good."
"I arrived in Erie, PA, from Italy where I have lived for the past 22 years. My suitcase, however, did not arrive. I had a very special appointment and I needed a suit that very evening. As luck would have it, a post about PRIMO Tailoring popped up and I went to check it out. I felt like I was back in Europe. I met the kindest young gentleman who outfitted me with a suit, tie, shirt, pocket square, and the most beautiful pair of Italian leather shoes. I am a forever fan. Thank you, Primo Tailoring!"
"Had a small flashlight holster that I ripped the belt loop , been about a year that I been storing it elsewhere , today finally tried to get it re sewn at Primo , they re sewed it for me in a hot second . This was my first time as a customer and it was top notch from talking on the phone till I was rolling in . Due to recent removal of main ramp you have to enter via the neighboring business wheelchair ramp . Saw a spectacular pair of brown boots there that I want . They do great quality quick work , had I thought about it instead of spur of the moment I have a sweater I need fixed , I don’t like to take things from the coat rack to be serviced , I like to bring freshly laundered clothes be sewing on a button or doing a hem it’s always nice when the item doesn’t smell like rotor jam . ( I am funny in that way ) there’s also a really pleasant fellow who does shoe shines out front and helped show me how to get in with the main ramp freshly removed about a week ago"
