"They are so kind and my siblings are really happy being there. I love how happy they get to even walk in and see all the other kids."
"The place is really clean, staff are very friendly and treat all children as if they were their own children. Very exited to start our babies here at imagination Land !!!!!"
"What can I say ! I love and Respect these women’s who takes very good care of our children even if they have to discipline them accordingly with care. Gentle no matter what, never seen any negative. I definitely get such positive vibes and I am so appreciative and thankful! Happy 2024 !"
"So it's been a while now but I wanted time to reflect on my experience and want to let other parents aware. Let me start off by saying the teachers are great. ESPECIALLY the ones in the baby room. They treat your kids as their own and always communicated with me in regards to my children. It's the owner who honestly doesn't know how to handle children. I enrolled my oldest child in Nov of 2022 and my youngest in Jan of 2023 as he was just born in October. My oldest seemed to love it until one of his teachers quit mid summer of 2023 and they were low staffed and the owner came in to help. My son is autistic and is a difficult child sometimes but if redirected like any other child, he will listen. It does take patience. The owner ended not being able to handle his behavior and was putting him in a high chair for an unknown amount of time. My significant other would pick him up at different times (ex. 4pm, 5pm, 6pm) and he would always be in a high chair. The last time he was picked up he was completely naked in a high chair. When I confronted the owner about it. She said he is disruptive and doesn't want to keep his clothes on. So they put him in the high chair so he doesn't throw toys around or take his clothes off. So my son would be the high chair for hours because they did not have the patience for it. Once again. I had no issue with this till his regular afternoon teacher quit and the owner stepped in. She did not deny restraining my child due to his behavior and kind of just blamed him. He was only 3 years old at the time. 3 year olds require patience and redirection. With or without autism. They don't require putting them in a high chair for an unknown amount of time because you don't have the time, staff, or patience to redirect him. I also want to mention he was sick close to when I pulled him out of this daycare and at drop off I said to his teacher if he gets sick, please let me know. At pickup one of his teachers let me know that he in fact threw up and the owner told her not to call me as she thought he just got upset and thats why he threw up. I was fuming that you let my child throw up and did not call me pick him up, knowing he has been sick. Also at this daycare my kids were ALWAYS sick. Fast forward to now. He is in a new daycare that understands he has behavior issues but we work together and correct them at home as well as daycare. It's such a difference dropping him off somewhere he is not being forced to sit in a high chair. He actually wants to walk in and doesn't scream bloody murder at drop off. He is THRIVING in the new daycare. I wanted to leave a review because it doesn't seem like many people do and I do not want anyone to have the same experience as my 3 year old son. Also they aren't sick every other week at this new daycare. The owner either needs to step away all together or get proper training. It's sad to see the teachers know how to handle a child better then the owner herself."
