"Last week I made a post about the fact that an employee from our daycare spent the weekend in Florida, and then immediately returned to work, blatantly disregarding the quarantine suggestion of the Governor and the CDC. The daycare not only defended her actions, but thwarted my attempts to notify the other parents of the situation, leaving me to post on my own page and tag them so that it could not be removed. In a truly bizarre turn of events, today, Steve and I were notified that unless I adhered to the below list, we were no longer welcome there. 1.) Agreed with their policy of not policing their employees with regards to travel. 2.) Apologize to the employee I outed for her utter disregard of the health of the infants and children in her care, as well as the families they go home to. 3.) Sit in a meeting where we would "discuss" the situation and the nature of how I handled it. So, to sum up. Warwick refused to follow the basic guidelines of almost every health professional in our state, refused to notify families that they were doing so, attempted to erase all evidence of ME attempting to do so, tried to punish me like a child for making them look bad, and then threw us out of the daycare for not falling in line and apologizing for it. Please, oh"
