"Last Saturday on June 17 I was in Brio, which was right next door while my wife and daughter went into this store, two white females who had been working in the store had reacted to my wife and daughter as if they were carrying some sort of disease or something (probably racially profiled). My wife and daughter felt insulted and immediatley left, I'm pretty sure they won't be shopping there again and I would encourage people I know not to do so either."

"Extremely disappointed in customer service! I bought a top for a Christmas present. I was assured multiple times by sales clerk that item could be exchanged. No one ever expressed that item was final sale. When I went to exchange it--manager said too bad. Now I am stuck with a top that doesn't fit."

"My daughter bought a dress in this store and when she got home to show me it did not fit her well. She is 13 so tossed the receipt and took tag off. I had the tag to return it. Obviously not ideal when I wanted to return it. The sales associate was so nasty and spoke down to me. I will not be going back anytime soon.
