The front of house asked me if I needed anything throughout my entire appointment, even just before they headed out for the day to make sure I was doing well. Paul has the lightest hand and was super easy to chat with. He made me feel a lot more at ease about an area I was anxious about having tattooed. Can’t wait for my next appointment!"

"Nothing can be done in person. You have to do an application online, then wait. I know this is relatively standard now however I Sent in an application over a month ago- received one email confirmed who I requested for realism and than never heard back. My husband also did a application. Messaged them after a month and got quoted a crazy amount ($1,500- for a “full session”for one person) All we wanted was a sugar skull on the back of our arm( both of us- although I was never actually quoted) If you were not interested then just say that. If you have a busy book, then say that. Maybe you should work on your customer service. Needless to say we will we will take our business elsewhere."

"This was the best tattoo experience I've had in all of my almost 30 years of getting tattooed. The process of submitting my application was handled very quickly, and any correspondence I had with the shop was answered within a day. I've never had that experience of such efficiency. The manager of the shop, Mike, went above and beyond to make all of the clients in the shop feel comfortable. He was super nice and super attentive. Hands down, I got the absolute best, most incredible tattoo I've ever gotten, from Rob. He did a cover up for me, and I wanted an Edgar Allan Poe portrait. It's mind-blowingly awesome. He's a really chill, nice guy too. So I am 1000% going back, and any other tattoos I want, I will be going to Seance. Oh, and the decor in there, is seriously awesome!"
