"Came to evenly exchange a shirt at the Cherry Hill, Nj location. The shirt was originally purchased by my mom while we were together shopping, so I didn’t have a receipt. The first time I went I was told to come back with my mom with an Id because I didn’t have the receipt. Second time I came they told me I have no purchase history in any of my accounts including my mom who purchased it. A rude lady who I’m guessing is a manager then told my mom that without a receipt I wasn’t able to exchange it even with an Id. Was this racism towards a young black girl? Either way, worst experience ever and customer service was even worse!!"

"I was here Sat & they wouldn't apply discounts they themselves had advertised all over the store. When I checked their site later (because they don't have any cell signal inside) the items were all actually properly discounted. So don't trust them, always check the site first."
"Wow it's crazy how expensive the Jean's have got, at buy one and get one for 50% off, I still spent about $70. It sounds like a good deal but not a deal at all. They really need to stick to $25 a pair (just my opinion)......"
