"Don’t waste your time there. I purchased 9 panties and asked the cashier to put it in two separate bags. Expected her to place this two small bags in one. When I backed home I saw that she didn’t have this 2nd bag with 6 panties, that I have only 3 in my bag. I immediately called in this store and explained the situation. The lady said that the cashier explained her everything and I can drop it the next day. I live 40 minutes from Cherry hill mall. It takes me 1 hour and a half to go there plus easy pass. I explained her that and asked her discount. She said that they will give me 50% discount cause this is their mistake. Today my husband went to this store to drop second package. It was same lady that did mistake there. My husband doesn’t speak English and called me. She said to me via phone that they can’t make me any discount. She even didn’t apologize from the beginning and told me that I have to check everything before going home. I told her that at list she has to apologize cause this is her responsibility and mistake. The panties are not heavy and I can’t understand how many in the bag (3 or 9). Finally she apologized, but only because I asked. The worst service I ever had with the brand intimissimi. I purchased the lingerie in several countries but have never ever saw anything like that. Better order online or go to other place. Never ever again! Do not recommend it at all"
