"I went to look for an outfit but on limited time. The sales person was so quick to tell me just to buy what I liked, and I would have no problem returning the items if they didn’t fit. I brought it back, mind you l do no live close just to find out they have a strict 30 day return policy. It’s been 40 days and I have to just eat the 200$ They convinced me to buy!"

"The worst experience I have ever been through. My wife bought me a watch that was not the right size, I came in today to exchange/return depending on sizes available. I was not greeted at all, I had to ask for help. Once help was there, it was like I wasn't standing in the store what so ever, the staff and manager were confused or did not know how to help or deal with customers in anyway. Once directed to the manager I had to convince him into helping me buy a new watch and resizing and helping me adjust the watch. I felt so mistreated I will never step foot into this location ever again. Sorry to the staff member, I feel she was not trained very well which isn't her fault , manager should have stepped in as soon as I called him over for help."
