"Nyshae provided the worst service at Windsor in Cherry Hill I have ever experienced. She handled the dresses I purchased poorly, threw hangers around, and was very, very rude throughout my entire transaction and overall experience at Windsor. Will not be visiting again."

"They forgot to take security tag off. My daughter didn't notice until she was in Texas for a wedding she bought dress for. Had to cut the security tag off & pin dress together. Dress is no good now."

"I was in the changing room and a random man peaked in. Luckily I was wearing clothes. I had no idea that someone peaked in until I looked over the video that I took. I was shaking when I found out. Who knows if he was peaking when I was changing. The curtains needs to go. I feel so violated but the store couldn’t do anything. I wanted to see the camera to see what was going on but the manager said she got no access. I couldn’t even do anything. No, he wasn’t looking for anyone. He was being a creep. He could’ve call out or ask. But no he just opened the curtain and peaked in. Why would a man walk into the area of women and girls changing rooms? Unfortunately, when I realized I was being violated he was long gone. Disgusting. The store couldn’t even assist me. Makes me feel unsafe and traumatized."

"OMG! THIS CHERRY HILL, NJ LOCATION IS THE BEST ONE TO GO TO IN THE TRI-STATE AREA. I WENT SATURDAY MORNING 5/21/2022 to exchange my daughter's prom dress (friend ended up buying the same dress). The manager and other employee who were there at opening WERE JUST FANTASTIC! The dress the manager helped me find was even more beautiful and definitely classier than the one we replaced. I shopped around the mall and was able to find EVERYTHING ELSE WE NEEDED TO accent her dress in roughly an hour and a half. Whew! (MY daughter was HAPPIER with this dress and the accessories than the first one). Thank you ladies! We'll be back."

"Came to the cherry hill store never being there before and omg! Awesome dresses for teens at an amazing price! My daughter and I had been looking at so many stores for a 8th grade graduation dress and we found one here! She fell in love in many of their dresses. Will def go back if she needs another dress!"
