"Do not shop here. Never have I ever been so disappointed by the customer service of a high end store. I walk in and NONE of the three ladies working greet me. They practically ignore my existence as a customer and keep on chatting with each other loudly while i walk around. I go up to them to ask if there are other sizes for this blazer, and they DONT EVEN ANSWER. When I said I won’t buy anything, their “happy” moods suddenly SWITCHED. The lady said “YOU CAN GO NOW” in a demeaning voice and just turned her head around. They acted like they were superior, and the way they treated me was close to racism. Not stepping into this store again."
"My mom and I have been here multiple times, and every time we’ve been here, the associates just stare at us. We were just there and they didn’t even say “Hi how are you.” It seems like they feel superior compared to us, and it comes off racist. Worst place to even shop. They don’t even offer to help us when we’re browsing."
