"I made a return and was thinking of browsing, but the person who handled my return made me uncomfortable so I left. The employee seemed really annoyed to be handling my return even though it was a simple return where I had all the information needed. I left after my return since it was clear I had done something to make them mad (I couldn't say what)."

"This Torrid Store is great! The variety of styles and sizes is well worthy a walk-in but the true draw here is the staff! Melissa and Anaiyh (not sure of the spelling) were so great helping us with measuring and sizes. I will happily shop here again and will recommend it to my friends and family. Sadly, I had to call Customer Service in reference to my account and they were absolutely unhelpful and unaccommodating. In short, they sucked!"
