"I have ordered from Eroswhole many times. I have always received my order as selected and in good condition. There winter coats are of high quality and are an excellent value. I have dealt with their customer service team on several occasions. They're quick to respond always polite and professional. There delivery times are always expedited promptly. In one instance and order was delayed due to supplier issues but I was kept well informed and ended up receiving the merchandise in plenty of time for my purposes. In most instances I receive my orders by UPS ground in two or three days. Which is faster than the time frame they indicate. I had a very large order that went too a third party and Eroswhole worked directly with them too make arrangements for delivery. Everything went smooth. "I do a lot of online shopping and I have mostly good results. But this place is the worst of the worsts. I ordered 24 pairs of merino wool gloves. The first two pair had holes right through the fingers. I was disgusted. I opened another pack only to find a garbanzo bean size hole right through the palm. I haven't bothered to try to contact the company yet because I was just too disheartened to open any more as obviously these are at least 3rds, not even seconds. Maybe later I will try but I wouldn't expect much from a company that would ship these out in the first place. I tried to review them on yelp but they're not there yet. I only hope this saves others from being duped. I will never buy another thing from them as long as I live. Stick to Amazon & Walmart even if they are a bit more expensive. Nearly $50 gone to these "businessman"."
