"Yesterday I took my granddaughter shopping at Hollister, they had a high selection of tops, pants and sweaters, we were very impressed with the layout of clothing and selection, but, most of all our very friendly and polite cashier named jay, I was so impressed with his knowledge of policy and help he provided, along with great manners!!!"
"Horrible customer service ! The customer before me didn’t have a receipt, they got their money back ! I had a receipt & it was within the 30 day period , got told that they wouldn’t be able to return it ! I wonder why !!!"

"It’s sad to see one of my favorite stores turn into this. Customer service these days are horrible. Staff is clearly clueless in terms of knowing where items are, what the prices are, how to deal with customers, or how to calculate discounts. Even more so lately the products tend to fall apart as soon as I leave the store. I really hope I can get a refund! Overall it was a very unsatisfactory experience!"
