"Absolutely unprofessional. I contacted Jack over a month ago stating that I know people who have gotten work from him and absolutely loved it . I was excited . He told me to send him my ideas and pictures of my arm . I did that promptly over a month ago. He read my message and has left me on seen for over a month. I then asked him if I could make an appointment. Again , left on seen . If he can’t do it or needs time I’d prefer to be told that instead of being ignored . I was more than willing and excited to give him my money . Very disappointed."
