"Charming, helpful staff. Beautiful quality garments."
"This is the best place to get whatever you need for African apparel. My wife and I came from New Jersey to Philly to shop and have wedding apparel made for our wedding. Mr Sandaga made us feel at home and he assured us that he would have it made and fitting right and he absolutely exceeded our expectations, our wedding was the talk of the Town, very elegant and beautiful. People were in awe as we took the stage at the church saying that we look absolutely gorgeous. Kudos and a huge Thank You to Mr Sandaga and his excellence. He has everything, every pattern and color you can ever want. You must go to see Sandaga'a African Wear, You Will Not Be Disappointed, You will Be Glad That You Did. Again, Thank You Sandaga."
"I got this shirt the past weekend and i been loving it. I plan on going back to get another shirt soon."
"Great place! Needed a last minute outfit for a party and they had a wonderful selection of things I could wear. I ended up with a skirt, I will def go back when I need more. Also the owner is so kind. exceptional customer service!"
"Very cute little shop with a variety of African items for sale ranging from fabric to jewelry to wood carvings. The owner is very nice and helpful. I got some wax fabric for $5/yard for a project I am working on. He was nice enough to let me take it to my car to make sure it was large enough for what I was doing before purchasing. His items seem to be very good quality and he is a tailor as well. . I know several people who have had clothing made by him. A friend of mine had matching Kwanzaa outfits made for she and her son. Definitely check him out and support this small, black-owned business"
