"I went in there the stores absolutely beautiful! Never seen anything like it got the 70's and 80's looks. For what made it more special I met this young woman named Grace she's a sale assistant beautiful smile beautiful personality and she was so willing to help me and show me around and helped me with the jeans that I wanted to see. "Let me tell you - I LOVE Lucky Brand. Frequent shopper online, and every store I could find. I typically have a great experience at this location, but everyone must've been angry at this location on Saturday, June 8th. I asked a saleswoman a question about a jacket's price, and she stared at me, ROLLED her eyes, and begrudingly answered my question. Holy wow. You guys need to get it together."
"This store the customer service are so bad, i feel disappointed with such a poor attitude to customer. i won't get into this store anymore! I mean if retailer wants to compete with online giant Amazon, they should provide a good customer service, a smileling face, be patience. If not, what's the point the customer get into your store? Lucky brand is not a brand selling low price product, the price that customer paid should deserve a good service. Even not the best, but at least don't be rude. But the lucky brand store located in King of Prussia, the employees whose working here, with such a bad customer services, destroy the brand image."
