IRON TATTOO

"I don’t ever write reviews, but this was just highly unacceptable as someone who has been a loyal customer. I have had back thermals for 6 years, from a tattoo shop in West Chester, before deciding that I wanted to get them removed. I've been free without them for a couple of years and It wasn't until 2 years ago, I wanted to get them back and I went to this place. The first time that I got them done here, the left one rejected after some time and came out. I spoke to the owner about it and he told me to come back. After waiting for him for an hour to come during our scheduled appointment, he charged me a repair fee that I paid for. He proceeded to tell me how to take care of a thermal, as though I never had experience with them before, and said it shouldn't come out after that. I followed his instructions and It wasn't until the end of last year that same thermal came out. I went back to the shop to get it fixed because the employee said he would take care of it when I called. He then called the owner because he realized that it JUST came out and he didn't want to cause trauma to my back. So they told me to come back in 4 weeks. I spoke to the owner about coming in to get it fixed and he said that he will charge me AGAIN for a repair fee. He claimed that I didn't take care of it (like he's with me every day to know), and was highly inconsiderate. I have NEVER had problems with my thermals before going here, but since getting it re-pierced here, it's been causing me nothing, but trouble. I have referred people to this place prior to this for tattoos and even got my left nipple piercing done TWICE after my themals, because of the SAME problem. The owner doesn't care how he pierce or care about their customers. He is very rude and it’s evident that he only cares about his money. That's maybe the reason why all the other great employees that I met there, are no longer working there. DO NOT waste your money or time if you want to get piercings here and rude customer service experience. Now I'm walking around with one thermal in my back and a crooked nipple piercing until I go to a shop that actually knows what they're doing."

"Super disappointed. First appointment we called , & texted The Owner Nixon . He confirmed an appointment with him , multiple times. We showed up. He forgot he had an appointment. & then SAME thing happened the next day. But my boyfriend was determined to get the tattoo so we came for the 3rd time. He finally got the tattoo. My name. We loved it , but the 2nd session was devastating. The picture speaks for itself. He even has a deep gash as you can see in the photo . It’s sad seeing as how we’re 99 percent sure nixon is the owner since it’s his number on the building. Lines uneven , heart looks like a child drew it , shading is horrible & to be cut so deep ? A gash ? So damn sad especially seeing as how it was a symbol of his love for me. Now we have to go somewhere else so they can fix this amature looking piece."

"I got a triple helix piercing here. The jewelry used was too small & too tight, so I’m left with a lump of scar tissue protruding from each hole where my skin tried to grow around the jewelry while healing. A waste of money."

"My husband sent me a drawing of what he wanted me to get tatted and they did an amazing job and they was really respectful and they had no problem working with me on a price. Will definitely be going back."

"Always amazing work that comes from this shop! I love all of the work everyone does there. 10/10 from me. Shout out to Maurice he always does amazing work never anything but the best from him; he did my neck tattoo. I would also like to give a special shout out to Andy for doing this amazing piece here on my arm. For being so young he is extremely talented!! He has a bright future ahead of him! For who ever left the comment about them having a kid working there; it’s called An apprenticeship you gotta start somewhere right? But this is the work that “that kid” did and I’m more than happy to be his first shading client! Would definitely recommend! If you had ever had a bad experience from iron it was only because they were busy because theyre doing amazing work. Very clean work and environment also very friendly. And if ever have problem with a piercing or tattoo they have done, they will always take the proper care of the problem and make sure the client leaves happy!"
