"Stopped in the store the other day and not one worker asked if I needed any help. I waited at the register for a good couple minutes until someone noticed me. The one lady was in the back area working while the other one was talking to an old coworker about their old job. I felt extremely uncomfortable in a store I should be feeling comfortable in."

"The store is small and jam packed. They also NEVER say hello. I've worked in retail for yrs and was shocked how they just ignore people, including the store manager! Normally shop online better sales. One day I go in the store, 3 people working. Not one said hello. They hid behind the cash register. I was there an hour and not one person said a word!! Didn't ask if I needed help or to start a fitting room. I assume they don't have mystery shoppers. I returned the items and asked if the woman was the manager she said yes... seriously??? I think I'll continue online"
