"This store was unable to process a return order of $120. They were unable to record this return in their system and then said there’s nothing they can do on their end except email customer service my purchase history which for their convenience surprisingly doesn’t have the return record. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Their system is unable to process a return. I asked them to check their cctv, apparently they don’t have cameras in store. They were so defensive and ultimately saying I never came into return. They didn’t even offer to investigate on their end with their staff. This store is unable to resolve customer concerns, be responsible for issues they created, hold their staff accountable, and investigate this issue within their processes. How does a 120 DOLLAR return go missing???? I’m never shopping here again. Sophia and another lady whose name I didn’t get were absolutely rude. They didn’t apologize once for their store’s lack of professionalism and secure processes with their system and staff."

"This is the only review I’ve ever made so here it goes .. So I excitedly went into this store looking for jewelry pieces for my engagement pictures tomorrow. When I entered I was met with a icy cold millennial girl with brown hair who didn’t even greet me or acknowledge me at all at the register. She was very cold and short with me for example. When she handed me my things she simply said “here”.. like seriously .. “here” ?! Anyone who’s ever worked in retail knows that that is an unacceptable customer service. I drove 35 minutes to spend my money at this place after a long day of saving lives and that’s not the experience I was expecting to get . I don’t know why girls in retail think they’re better than anyone when they most likely make less than 10$ an hour. I’m highly disappointed and I feel almost disrespected. Customers are the reason you have a job at all."
