"Stopped in here to grab a dress for an impromptu brunch! I was able to find a cute dress. They have apparel great for a date night, girls night out, clubbin, loungin, etc. It is tightly packed but if you dont mind squeezing in between racks and rounders...good place for a cute fit!"
"Store associates were very attentive. Got four (end of season) pieces for my Caribbean /beach vacay at $2.00 each. Two plus size tube dresses and a fringed top and bottom set. $8.00 total. Whattttt? Best buy ever."
"I love Madrag. The store is huge and most of the time has a decent selection. Here’s the problem...here and there, particularly on Sundays...there’s an issue with opening the store. Last Sunday, (not the first Sunday this has happened), I get to the store a few minutes after 11 because they open at 11. There are two women standing outside waiting for someone to open the store. Said they had been there a little before 11 and saw three workers go in. Instead of the workers saying hey we just got here and it’s going to take a little bit for us to get situated before we open, they go in without a word to the customers. Twenty minutes later, we’re still standing outside waiting and there’s more customers waiting as well. We all decided that we weren’t going to wait any longer and go elsewhere. This isn’t just one time, this is too often and I’m ready to just patronize other businesses who are about their business and care about their customers. Clearly this isn’t one of the stores. I understand that things happen but this is a pattern. Maybe management should look into hiring dependable workers or fix whatever issue that they tend to have too many times to keep count."
"Love the store. I am a regular customer who frequently shops there at least a few times a month. The store manager is always pleasant and helpful. I had an unpleasant exchange today with a sales associate at the register after I had come in to purchase a few crop sweaters. I saw the crop sweaters on a rack at the front of the store the day before but they werent tagged. I was told that they couldnt sell them until they were tagged. I was told to come back at the end of the day and the sweaters would be tagged and ready for purchase. I told the cashier that I would in fact return to purchase and I was interested in buying 6. To my surprise, the crop sweaters were retailed at 35.00, although I purchased the same exact sweater last month, retailed at 12.00. Although it was a huge jump in the price, I was still prepared to purchase the 6 sweaters at the current price, 35.00. I came back at the end of the day and the sweaters still werent tagged, The associate attributed it to being "busy". No problem. I left and decided to come back the next day. When I came in today, at 1pm, I went straight to the registers to inquire about the items.to see if they were ready for purchase. The cashier that I wasnt talking to (but who was there when I came into the store the two times on Saturday) interjected into the conversation and said that she told me they would be done on Monday. She said it condescendingly while shaking her head and I pointed out to her that she didnt need to say it to me like that, as if I was bothering her about the items when I was told to return and they would be tagged and ready for purchase. If they would have simply said, they arent ready for purchase, come back on this day or date, then that's what I would have done. I dont live in the neighborhood and I made 2 unnecessary trips there to make the purchase. Furthermore, if the sweaters werent ready to be purchased by the consumer, why were they even made visible to begin with? They were on a rack, casually sitting at the front of the store. The store manager was not available today (she's the one whose always helpful) but I told them that I would be back Monday (9/6) to speak with her. In the grand scheme of things, if items arent going to be available for sale, you shouldnt have them hanging around the front of the store. Giving attitude to your paying customers is NEVER okay."
"I love Madrag, I love their selections and everything is affordable. I always find last minute clothes here for when I go out. The quality is pretty good too. I’ve never had a problem with the workers and I’ve been shopping at this store for years!"
