"So I created an appointment over email to come in and get tattoos with my girlfriend. They responded to emails very fast and got all the information they needed early. I had sent in a picture of another tattoo that I wanted and Janine went above and beyond redisigning it. My girlfriend had some issues with her tattoo that she wasn't happy with and we had come back the following day to see if it could be fixed. And they offered to fix everything she disliked about it and improve it as much as they could until she loved it for no extra charge.
