"Hi, my boyfriend came here to get a tattoo about a little over a week ago. This is what his tattoo looks like now after 8 days. This is unacceptable. There is no reason for his tattoo to look like this. He has a hand tattoo on his other hand that he has had for almost a year and it looks great! I would not recommend this place."

"I have gone twice. The first time I got a rook, and it went fine. The second time, I asked for an orbital. She pierced the wrong place and used 2 studs. I blacked out for a couple seconds due to pain, as she messed up. Now, my piercings have healed straight instead of curved, like an orbital is supposed to be. I also have a scar on the back of my ear from where she messed up."
