"I went into Express at King of Prussia on Friday morning and was greeted by Allie. She was fantastic! Took the time to help me find several items and suggested some of her favorites. It was a great experience and I will definitely be returning!"

"One of the best Expresses I've ever gone to! When you walk in, you are greeted with a warm and inviting smile. The staff are truly the best team; they are so energetic and eager to assist. The location is clean, and the fitting rooms are large and wide. This isn't my usual store to shop at, but it's an enjoyable place to buy from! (P.S: you're publicly posting a review about the location/area/staff, not the clothing - totally different!"

"Adrianna was amazingly helpful and accommodating to me today behind the desk at Express King of Prussia. I was in the store with 2 toddler boys and she helped facilitate a very tricky return situation for me with grace and kindness. She went above and beyond and made it a wonderful experience, which otherwise would have been extremely stressful with 2 young kids. Thanks Adrianna! "To be honest, the quality of Express' products have been gradually going down in recent years. It used to be my favorite shop for years. This certain location had a lot of employees, but not a single employee greets you or acknowledges you when you enter. Nor do they offer assistance in any way. Horrible shopping experience. It's a shame that management never taught them the basics of customer service, or just plain manners."
