"I took my lunch break and drove a half hour to this business (my first time) just to be turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. I wasn’t aware I needed one nor did google search state it either (it said curbside pick up/delivery when it’s in store shopping only). Not only do you need an appointment but you have to pay $30 for a consultation fee…… for a wig. Selection wasn’t even that big and prices were beyond insane. I went about ten minutes down the road to a beauty supply store and picked out a beautiful human hair wig for half the price. No consultation fee, no appointment needed. I will NEVER step foot in this place or recommend it to friends or family. It seems like this business is in it for the money only."
