"A week before Christmas and they’re closed at 7:45 on a Friday night? And no way to order online for in store pickup. It’s like they don’t want your business."

"The young lady doing online returns was great on 8/5 in the morning. She was knowledgeable, quick, and polite. She did a great job!"

"The only reason I am giving them three stars is because they take back online returns and sometimes run sales on bathing suits. The store itself is a large, clean space with ample parking and I'd be a fan if they carried more items in my size and focused more on appealing to the 40-50 year old woman demographic. I'm not sure who their clothing is supposed to be for, but it's certainly not me. I don't know who is in charge of design, but their plus size clothes are basically cut to be a gigantic tent, with no tailoring and awful print choices and the sizes are completely inconsistent, mostly running large."

"Came in to check out the store and see what they had in store. Kinda disappointed with merchandise and customer service. Associate right at the entrance and not even said hello or smiled. Completely ignored like I had never came in. I worked for this company many years ago and customer service was top notch but today was the bottom of the pit! I give 2 stars bc the store was cleaned, that’s about it."

"The clothes are pretty good quality. the staff is the problem! I went in and had a mask on even though we no longer have to. From accross the room, one of their staff in an extremely loud voice yelled “ pull that mask over your nose”! I was horrified at her rudeness and gruff tone I normally purchase over the phone but was in the Exton PA area and thought I would try this store out. So if you dont mind being treated like a five year old, keep shopping there. But for me, Lands End will not be getting any more of my money"
