"I am reviewing under this shop because they have failed to make it right after an employee of the establishment named Cosimo Liberto stole money from me claiming it was the shop's deposits and it was the shops rules and it was non-negoitable. The evening before my appointment- I received a message that the appointment had been cancelled. The artist and shop are failing to refund the money that was 'non negotiable', but without any service received. I would not recommend this shop for their poor customer service on taking money without making sure the service was completed. Or failing to keep track of their employees and making sure the service is given. I would not reccommend this artist solely for the purpose of irresponsibility to their actions and most importantly- THEFT, which should never be tolerated."
