"Great and friendly staff, we had been having issues with our reefer all week and took it to a different dealership and had them work on it twice, and due to incompetentance the same issue kept reoccurring. We finally went to CSTK (about 120 miles out of our way) and they managed to re-fix the issue from the last shop and managed to ensure it wouldn't break again. The tech that worked on our unit was absolutely amazing, knew what the issue was right away and fixed it quickly. Kept us informed the whole way. Arrived at 0800, In a bay at 0930 and out the door by 1345. If I'm in the area this is the only shop I'll be going to from now on! Thank you so much for fixing our week long head ache in such a short time."
"Vince and Tim were just outstanding !!! We missed our appointment on Friday ( truck got caught in traffic ) I called Monday and Tim was great " Just bring it in before 10 " he said and true to his word our truck was done by 1 pm we dropped our other truck off and that one was finished even faster 3:30 ... Long story short ... What should have taken 2 days took 6 hours. I am more then pleased with the work and the price."
