"I got the tattoo of my dreams by Richie. It is so beautiful and I get compliments all the time. The whole process was very very easy. I was so scared before the tattoo because of the fear of pain, but Richie and Heidi talked me through all the steps and explained how everything works, and it was amazing!! Also, their daughter Phoenix has an amazing selection of horror-themed décor for sale at the shop, in addition to their MASSIVE collection of horror-themed and popular culture items for sale. I especially love her candles. Also, I regret not buying the "powdered toast man" toy while I was there last week. These guys are some of my favorite people of all time!"

"My partner got a tattoo that turned out great. The shop is half tattoo parlor downstairs and Pittsburgh’s only horror shop upstairs! Tons of great horror memorabilia, figures, masks and t-shirts for purchase. The shop is also kept very cool which makes it comfortable on a hot day to get ink done."
