"Horrible service. People at the counter talk to you like they've been cutting trees their whole career but they have been behind a cash register. Tried buying a screw for a Husqvarna and the guy tried telling me I had to buy a whole handle( not the case) this isn't the first time they tried scamming me into buying more than I should. I'm not a guy that only has home owner experience on chainsaws I've been professionally cutting for 12 years... I needed a bar and chain and told the gentleman specifically what I needed and they said their computer doesn't say that's what my chainsaw called for... Yes it calls for 16 in bar and I have a 14in for trimming purposes and they couldn't figure out what would work even though I told them what would work they refused to agree and sell.... And prices are very very expensive... I won't be coming back to the store and I'll tell everyone to go to an actual saw shop.. another words this place is like advanced auto. Just because you sell (some saws) doesn't make you a professional in the arbor world... Even the climbing gear is priced 1/2 as much higher than any arbor sights. I'm all about supporting local business but when a pair of spikes are on their shelf for 329$ and I found the same ones online for 200$ shipped that's sad. Definitely wouldn't recommend going here."
