Her intuition and hand skill is superb in every way. The shop is clean, well organized, and smells fantastic (which sounds weird to say, but when you’re in there all day long the last thing you want to smell is chemicals burning your nostrils). I had cosmetic work on my eye brows & upper & lower eyeliner. The color was perfect!! Hope took the time to numb my lids & communicate what she was about to do throughout the procedure.
