Reviews of Rainbow Shops
"Love I mean absolutely love this store n the women are so friendly n kind ready to help"
"The cashier Brianna with the slick back ponytail made about her miserable life and the fact the only job she can get is here Because she only has a Highschool diploma Her stank attitude makes Rainbows look bad the fact she Think every black female is stealing then why is she working the counter Her customer service is piss poor and I’ve seen other customers complain about her yesterday they talked about the manager like a dog saying how she messed the wall up that had all bras on them and she put purses up there Then I bought $100 worth of stuff. My daughter went to return two items that I could not fit. She went up to the register. Brianna asked her did she wear any of this stuff before she even looked at it then she looked at it returned one of the shirts because she said the jacket had too much deodorant, so we took a picture of the jacket as soon as my daughter walked out the store. I contacted the corporate office and uploaded it. Every time I’ve went in the store had an issue with this little girl. This is why some employees get snatched from behind the counter because of her. This is why people don’t utilize certain stores because of her , you can’t go into a store shop comfortably and if you can’t fit because they don’t have a fitting room you can’t take it back she make up any excuse not they return anything when I was in their shopping yesterday she was talking about another customer that bought a lot of stuff and she had to bring it back and she had an attitude then she says how she don’t like her job but obviously you’re unqualified to work anywhere else but rainbows so she’s lucky rainbows gave her a chance so she can pay her section 8 or her low income housing that she live in. She act as if she’s working in Gucci or Louis store and you’re working in rainbows which deals with predominantly Black people, men and women that’s living on a budget , but you attitude you shout will make somebody go spend a last at the mall just to avoid interactions with you or just to avoid gel time so I will never shop in the store again just because of her in the old lady with the Gerry curl"
"Every year when I come to Pittsburgh to see my family. Rainbow is one of my go to for children's coats for our coat drive at my church in Maryland. The manager Tanisha Cross and the staff (Lucky, Precious) was so friendly and helpful to the customers. Excellent customer service."
"There is always a great choice of clothing. It's stylish but very reasonable. The racks are packed, but space is limited. I found tops and bottoms for $3. I unfortunately did not pack everything, so I needed a few changes of clothes at a bargain price. The children's selection is nice, as well as a good Junior section for girls."
"Sunday hours (11a) i assumed were the same as weekday hours(10a), so i already arrived earlier just to deal with store not opening on time. several people standing outside, others including myself waited in our vehicles for store to open at 11a.m. i called at 11:08, no answer and again at 11:17, no answer, and still closed. im not sure what time they finally opened but i left and still insisted on shopping here just advised god daughter to shop online and send me her virtual cart to purchase. other than this day, i never had a problem with this location. greetings always, the Lady at the door, she is so cool, funny, helpful and real. me a size 2 was getting excited about clothing items in the plus size section and she politely asked if i was shopping for myself, i answered yes and she told me she hated to break my heart by telling me that was plus size only.....we laughed and i found a few good items that day.. helpful associates, 1 time there was a gentleman working, he was so helpful with reaching wall items patiently until he got my size.."
