"I recently went to Eli for my first tattoo after looking at many other artists and I was definitely not disappointed! He did a fantastic job and was more than happy to work with me on design and placement until I was completely satisfied with it. I walked in worried about pain level but he worked fast and with a very light hand, causing me to hardly even flinch. I went with a friend and she was so impressed she decided to go back the next day to make an appointment. When we went back Eli was more than happy to change my dressing that had started to fold up at the bottom. I would definitely recommend Bay City Tattoo Company to anyone looking for an all around great experience!"

"Home Away From Home We were coming from Jacksonville, FL to visit some family in Erie, PA and they recommended a place that I could get a really good cover up tattoo. I was wanting to get something fixed and start the process of getting my sleeve done. I read all the reviews from the shop and was eager to start. Eli and his wife Annette were awesome and made the whole experience great. Not only were they great but the shop was like nothing I've ever seen before. There was all kinds of cool stuff to look at and purchase. Lingerie, jewelry, clothing, collectibles, tattoo guns and more. He was even talking about doing air brushing. Anyway we sat down and talked about what I wanted in my tattoo and he showed me ways that he could not only cover up the existing tattoo, but improve it. He gave me ideas on what would look good, and explained on why other things wouldn't. Very professional and never forced anything on me. This tattoo took hours to complete and we talked the whole time. I'm telling you I have over 20 tattoos and I've never been this comfortable with an artists at any shop. before.
