"I cannot speak for regular title or refis, but would not recommend this company if you are an investor buying distressed property. They are inexperienced with complex title, unfortunately in my experience I was told of a fatal title flaw just a few days before closing, title was virtually uninsurable and entirely unmarketable to banks, which we were told very late in the game. We had already expended energy and capital on the transaction, and had a closing date 2 days away. Look elsewhere if you do bulk title or distressed assets."
