"I have been going to the Lane Bryant for a very long time and usually they are fabulous but the two girls that were working were rude, didn’t ask me if I needed anything, no, smiling nothing. I returned an item and usually when I return something they try to help me find something new to buy these girls didn’t care about nothing, I was very disappointed on the rude behavior"

"Went in here for something for my mom and two ladies were so nice and helpful. One older lady was super friendly and offered to go out of her way several times to help. Kristen went out of her way to get to know what my mom really needed on a personal level. While there my young’n decided she needed a bra (boost plunge - ha). After we broke her hearts saying she was too young Kirsten took her under her wing to find out what she really wanted that made sense for her age and instead of leaving embarrassed and in tears she left happy and confident. This means a lot to a maturing young lady and her parent. Thank you to both ladies but especially Kristen for her kind gentle personable approach!!!!"

"Went in to get my daughter fired for a bra. The lady was nice, but she was not good at that part of her job. She admitted to being uncomfortable and referred me to another place. Didn't stop to shop because she told me they didn't have her size so no money made by the store on her behave, but she did save me time on looking."

"My experience is always wonderful when I go here. The reason 3 instead of 5. While I was checking out, one of the employees was leaving for the day, she seemed new. The manager there was rude, had attitude with her. Very unprofessional. All the girl was trying to do was leave for the day. The time clock wasn't working. The manager said she'd write down the time and put it in later. The girl said she wanted to know how many hours she was at for the week. The manager rudely asked why she needed that information. The girl said personal reasons but the manager was definitely having attitude with the girl. Makes me not want to go back if management talks to the other employees this way. Also more unlined options would be great."
