"I would never, ever recommend this title company. I write this as a strictly personal review, as I work with title agencies every day on a professional basis. I found them to be unprofessional and neglected to do their due diligence prior to closing. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with them. It cost an additional $800 at closing due to their mistake which they refused to rectify. They also made a check out to the wrong person, which caused a huge headache, another mistake they would not rectify. Never again. Due to my profession, I’m very experienced with what a title company should and should not do. Again, I write this based on my own personal experience, I do not speak for my place of employment."
