"Not responsive. Not professional. Not on time. This company is a joke. We ordered a dumpster to be dropped off yesterday, they never came. I called last night and they said they would give us a call back and they never did. I called this morning, waited on hold for over an hour after they opened, they said they would give me a call back. Never did. Called this afternoon, was told the same exact thing. This company has no respect for their clients or their timelines. Not sure why they even have you put a drop off date in the purchase, they’ll obviously just come whenever they want."

"I booked their Septic service online a month ago, selected a date and paid in full $393.18. When they did not show up I tried calling a number of times and eventually reached an answering service where I had to leave a message. Eventually someone called me back and said that the online system is not aware of their actual schedule and the soonest they could be there was 4 weeks away. The person kept insisting that they do not bill me until they show up to do the service but that is NOT TRUE. I paid in full a month ago using my credit card. Today is the day that they are supposed to come but I cannot get in touch with anyone except an answering service. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They do not answer their phones and do not reply to the "Live Chat" from the website. I have never been so aggravated at a local company. They DO NOT CARE about individual homeowners. Do not book your septic service with them. They are happy to take your money but are all but impossible to get in touch with."

The Customer Service representative/scheduler, Brad, and Ken, the Service Technician who performed the service at our property we’re both informative, efficient and very friendly.
