"The front office guys are kind of abrupt. I'm pretty sure it's because they're super busy. Why are the super busy? Because: 1. The estimate and the final bill were the same. 2. They said it would be three hours, and it was three hours on the dot. 3. There was no secondary call fishing for more work like you get from other shops "your brakes are bad, but we can do them for $2k." 4 they do high quality work. Daniel was the guy that did a great job on my truck. It's rare to find honest quality work at a fair price. These guys were great."
