"I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by ProGuard. My recent encounter with them has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. I placed an order for a rear differential, a crucial component for my vehicle, and it turned out to be a catastrophic mistake. Firstly, they failed to deliver the correct part, and the rear differential they sent was faulty. This not only caused a significant delay in getting my car repaired but also led to further complications and extended the time my vehicle has been sitting in the repair shop. Despite their promise of quality products, the part they supplied was defective, and it has created a nightmare for me. Adding insult to injury, their customer service has been shockingly abysmal. When I contacted them regarding the issue, instead of swift resolution or an apology, they offered no immediate solution and even refused to provide a rental car while my car remains in the shop due to their mistake. A month has passed since the initial order, and I'm still left without a properly functioning car, stranded and inconvenienced due to ProGuard's incompetence. Their lack of accountability and negligence towards their customers is appalling. It's evident that their after-sales service is virtually non-existent, leaving customers stranded in a helpless situation caused solely by their mishandling and subpar products. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing auto parts or relying on ProGuard's services to reconsider and explore alternative options. The lack of professionalism, disregard for timely resolution, and refusal to rectify their own mistakes highlight the utter incompetence and irresponsibility of this company. Steer clear of ProGuard unless you're willing to endure a plethora of headaches, inconvenience, and disappointment."

"As a dealership that has dealt with numerous warranty companies, the first warranty won’t let me use their product because I don’t sell warranties every month. Even when I used them, my customer never claimed anything. I contacted them. I have a customer looking for a warranty. I called my rep, and the first thing he said what is your intense. Other than That, the last deals were good, but I didn't particularly appreciate how they treated me as a small dealership."

"So let me tell you how much these people went out of there way to help me... Empire Auto Imports of Ashburn, VA. Sold me a car where they just cleared the codes and it needed injectors and a abs brake modulator. The lights came on the next day but they gave the warranty company the wrong Vin# so I couldn't get my car worked on. I had to go to my bank have them contact the dealership and Proguard to get it fixed and it took 9 months but after everything I went through ProGuard fixed everything the dealership screwed me over on and covered extra that they didn't need to cover so that I wouldn't have out of pocket expenses. This guys are great and I totally appreciate that my car is finally getting fixed."
