"Called this place of business on November 9th as I drive past it all the time and thought, sure, I’ll support this small business. Need led someone to come out and take a look at a sump pump and potentially add a battery back up. As I was trying to explain to the lady who answered the phone, I said “if you recall” and was going to finish saying “we had a flood a few years back and our basement flooded and wanted someone to check our sump pump”. But before I could even say anything after “if you recall” the lady abruptly chipped in and said “ I can’t recall , because I don’t know who this is”. If she would have actually let me speak, she could have found out who it was. Not doing business with them. I will find another plumber who will actually listen to me and what I’m trying to say without negatively interrupting me."

"We wanted a new kitchen faucet put in, we bought the faucet and they put it in, we had to call them back to center the faucet, it was “off”, sent plumbers helper, now less than a year later there’s a lake on the counter around the base of the faucet, it’s dripping down the wall under the sink, the rags are soaked and the bucket is filling up and looking at the area in the basement the floor is soaked. It seemed like a straight forward simple job that we paid a lot of money to get done and now we have to pay someone else to fix what shouldn’t need fixing. I’m really disappointed that it’s such sloppy work for top dollar."
