"I was previously with a different agent for years but he moved on and I got Donna who took over his office. She's alright but she never removed my info from a home I no longer live in despite me letting her know 3 times. She also said she would research to see if she could get a homeowners policy for a home I just purchased and she never followed through despite my 2 calls asking her to call me back. Her staff said she was still working on it.... Needless to say I'm quite disappointed in her services and have taken the steps to start with another Allstate agent. Oh BTW I found and obtained insurance for what she was supposed to assist with. It's not that it was her job but she offered the help and never did it."
