"not very thorough....we closed on a house them and 2 months later received a bill from the local township asking for $150 plus $100 penalty because the drive by inspection was not taken care of at settlement...isn't that an item thetitle company is hired to take care of? On top of that, when I called them to question thge issue, they were no help at all and I felt very dismissed. Would not recommend them"

"I paid my money in September of last year to transfer some titles to my name and due to circumstances I was out of state and now that I have just returned I called that I want to continue with the process and someone tells me that I lost my money and I have to start again. It's consumer robbery and I'm going to report this to the court and consumer department, these kind of people can't keep robbing people like that. I've paid $300.00 Dollars last year"
