Lisa Wicka: Allstate Insurance

"October 2023 - Lisa got in touch with me the day after I sent her an email requesting a call. (She had responded to the email - on a weekend - within an hour and we set up a time.) She apologized for the mishap a couple months before. She hadn't received my message and the agent who took it was no longer with her office. She answered my questions, reviewed some policy options and made me feel better. _______________________________________________________________ August 2023 (one start review) - We don't hear from Lisa or her agency except for promotional emails. My son had a car accident back in April and the claim was taken care of, but no one - including the claims adjuster - called us. (I submitted the claim online and that was it.) I called Lisa's office asking for a call back from Lisa...no call back. We pay all this money for what? We have coverage, but there's no service like there used to be."
