"If I could give zero stars I would... The level of incompetence at this company (and the offices they use) defies a natural explanation. Their horrendous service has cost me days of my life throughout my career and I've probably spent a full 24 hr day on hold with them in total. Absolutely astounding that the majority of shipping companies still use them as if they're even remotely competent. Do better."
"staff are unprofessional. One just flat out hung up on me after speaking over me with some sort of seemingly written out script? It was so ridiculous I kind of just laughed. But in all seriousness this company needs to pull it together. ESPECIALLY the "medically professionals". You will never talk with them and they will lie about the knowledge they have on your conditions or medications. Have NO choice but to work with this company? I got you some advice!: Be prepared to NOT give them ANY medical history. Only fill out TPS forms or get doctors notes but NOTHING with medical history. Thank me later. Shout out to Alexandra Hurley and Debby Woodside :) Which respond to each others emails and talk over you and lie to you. Their egos are fragile be careful. Nightmare experience but glad its over. I found a better job working with a good company with good pay! "
"This company is hell on earth. Unorganized, slow to respond, condescending, and completely clueless. I’ve never dealt with a company more infuriating. Called the help line with some questions and they made me hold FOREVER just to say that I should email the medical team with my questions. Why have a help line in the first place if you can’t answer any question I have or at least transfer me to someone who does know?! The medical team doesn’t know either btw, they gave me the same answer as the help line which didn’t help me at all."
"Company is a nightmare. Yet still used by many large companies for medical exams.Waiting three months for them to get it together with my medical exam and approve me or not. If it takes 3 months to clear someone for medical you need to hire more people and fix your business model something is wrong. No one’s life should be on hold waiting for approval. Extremely rude to waste people’s time. Between loosing my paperwork, sending me to the wrong clinic that did not even have a X-ray tech, saying the exam was complete and it was not. Asking me for doctor statements after I was already suppose to start the job. Also the lady with accent who answers yelling at me how could the clinic loose my paperwork? Idk lady you are suppose to be dealing with this and you sent me to this clinic.Dealing with company has been a nightmare of calling twice weekly for three months with zero information or just plain rude or lying saying a nurse will review and look it over and get back to me. Nothing but a waste of time. Decided it was a poor representation of the company who wanted to hire me (Norwegian Cruise) and moved on to something else. Shameful to come to the table with a lot of skill and really be excited for a job and a third party like Anderson Kelly turns it into a nightmare and waste of time. If I could give zero stars I would."
"Anderson Kelly is the worst, most inept company I have ever seen. They're just AWFUL to deal with. If you're a company thinking of using them, you're better off handling things yourself. On top of that, they lie like rugs. They told my son's prospective employer that they had been trying to reach him for two weeks... he has -0- missed calls, texts, or emails from them."
